WHO ARE WE ?
Having many years of experience in the restaurant business and great love for Georgian cuisine, we had the idea to create a network of Georgian restaurants. We decided to combine Georgian hospitality in service, the authenticity of the taste of colorful cuisine and the modernity and style of the interior. Therefore, in the summer of 2017, we opened the first restaurant of the new Georgian project "Tbiliso". The name for the restaurant was chosen almost immediately and unanimously. After all, that's exactly how Georgians call Tbilisi the heart of Sakartvelo - the city of Tbilisi.
